burned i got a question HELP

we just put the motor back in my 2002 kx 85 and turned the gas on to start it.then the gas just started to pour out. i have no clue why either.so dad was like try to start it so i did and it started right up with gas pouring out so i shut the gas off and killed the bike.dad thinks that the bowl might be stuck or the carb maybe a little dirty..........please help

where is it overflowing from?
