Does anyone run 2 stroke minis as pit bikes?

Does anyone run 2 stroke minis as pit bikes?

I was just recently aquainted with some guys that roll pit bikes and I have a yz80. Aside from it being just a bit bigger do people run pit bikes that are two strokes?

Any links or web sites?

Any mods?

I feel the only drawback is size, fuel mix, low end power band.

Any thoughts?

The Indianapolis National Speedway mini track runs two-stroke minis. I had to race against them in the old guy's class and it sucked being in the same moto with them. Besides totally outclassing my fiddy they put out too much roost!! ?

I never thought to race it in mini class. Would be fun!

most pitbike races would not allow you to race with that bike or any 2 stroke for that matter....

pitbikes and minis are suppose to be based off of companys "trail"(Xr's & TTR's for example) series of bikes that are the 4 strokes.
