Which Conversion is the easiest/Best

I want to do up either a CRF/XR100, KLX125, or TTR125 bike with their respective 80/85 2 stroke suspensions. I was wondering if any of you guys have done more than one kind of these, and which you thought was the easier of them. And, because of my budget, I would rather do the suspension to the bike, instead of the motor to the bike, full blown DMC style conversion.

And, does it matter if you buy the big wheel version of these bikes, since the suspension will be swapped anyways?
