Recommended Posts

Been noticing alot of rain in and around Taylor Park. Be there Aug 4th - 12th.

Will this affect the riding much?

Much less dusty.

I was just up there last weekend. Trails in good shape. Wildflowers better than ever!

Because of the heavy rains, the entire Taylor Park area has been closed to all access. This also includes the Spring Creek Res area and the Cement Cr area west of Taylor. :ride:

Pay no attention to advice or information to the contrary. If you want to ride, you'll have to go to Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, or California.

Yeah, California. That's the ticket

Thanks Went to Ouray last year and it didn't matter about the rain. All ROCK.

Ok, we've delurked both Rick and Dave, so this "too wet to ride" story has got to be bogus. They just don't want us "out of staters" coming up.

I can say for sure that you want to stay clear of the gunni spur trail if it is wet, it becomes a slimy mess.
