We will discuss the status of the project, the NEW preliminary alternatives

, and other issues of interest. You will also have the opportunity to ask

the Project Team Leader questions.

We encourage you to use the telephone briefings and ask that you inform

others about this opportunity. The briefings will continue every other

This is one of the best ways to voice your input on the entire process or route designations within the N.F. It's really easy to do, it's just a matter of remembering to call in at noon every other Tuesday. I encourage EVERYONE who rides within the El Dorado N.F. to utilize this process and let your voices be heard because the FS is getting ready to make their final decision (Sept./Oct.) Go look at the alternatives on the FS website and put in your 2 cents.

Down here in the desert, we where told ,if it isn`t on the map ,it`s closed. So, if you got a secret trail, get it on the map. Down here they vertical mulch so you might be the only one that remembers where it used to be.

Yeah, the FS wants input on any secret trails and map them accordingly. They've already inventoried and numbered all trails within the forest and now the process is what trails are going to be allowed for motorized vehicles. They've come up with 3 Alternatives and want public input. The only good one is Alt. B. Alt's C & D totally suck, and take away about 100 miles of trails with seasonal closures etc. etc.
