Recommended Posts

I'm offroad only. Sometimes I think we should have a separate forum from the "roadies" :ride:

My list so far:

TT MCCT

TT Case Shields

Ready Filters

Filter Skinz

Flatland Rad Guards

13 Tooth CS Sprocket

MSR +1" Shifter (for my big ass feet)

ATV bars (for height)

Removed:

Number Plate/Headlight

Odometer

Kill Switch

Clutch Start Switch

To come:

Tonn's Racing Skidplate

Cycra Handguards

Rejet

Kick Start Kit (oh boy, more weight!)

Possibly a cooling fan or two

What a money Pit!

By the way I run CR8E plugs, Honda oil, and Prestone coolant.

I'm off road only. I think the off-roader's are the minority in this forum!

I'm just getting started with mods as I just got my DRZ last month, but so far I've done the following:

Applied top triple clamp/ Pro Taper bars

TT skid plate

CFC case savers

Unabiker rad guards

Moose hand guards

Race Tech springs

Next on the to do list is 3x3, rejet, and 1 3/8" exhaust mod.

I'm 90% dirt. I don't live on a trail, so some street is required. I removed all the safety switches, armored up, got D606's, 3x3+DJ, 14/47 gearing, ceet complete seat, moose s.s. pegs, ready to :ride:

Oh yea! Red loctite- cs sprocket, primary nut, fixed water pump leak, what else do i need to fix for Suzuki?

Have 3x3,exhaust,606's, Gearing, Bike Protection All Other Goodies To Make This Drz Crank And I Love The Way This Thing Do's What It Should Do From The Factory. Do Mostly 90/10 Cause I Also Have To Do Street To Get To Trails.

How's this for offroad only:

garage.php?do=viewattachment&attachmentid=21756

You should have some boots on those forks.

Rocks will damage them and dirt & mud will wear the seals out early.

Been there and done it.

You know what made my bike fast?

Putting my Old Man on there. That crazy old fart (if 48 is old) can ride!
