Pomona (60) FWY Riding Area?

Recommended Posts

I was traveling west on the Pomona fwy today from Palm Springs quite a ways west of Beaumont and those old riding areas, and noticed a few vehicles staged and many people riding in an area on the north side of the 60 fwy. I'm think I was near the intersection of the 15 fwy. Anybody have any insight into this area? I realize this is not any type of OHV approved land, just wondering if it is a off road friendly spot I might be able to check out. Thanks,

There a couple of areas right there about 2-3 miles East ofthe 15 fwy. It's Riverside County and the Sherif comes in and out of there all the time. I have been kicked out and I have been ticketed for OHV trespass. i don;t ride there anymore after the ticket. Ride at your own risk but it is a pretty small area, fun but small. Better off going to Baldy Mesa and ride all day long with no problems.
