Install/Remove Clutch Push Lever Bearing

Are there any tricks to doing this? Is this one of those parts that really shouldn't ever get replaced? I can't think of any way to pull that bearing, as a regular blind hole bearing puller won't fit in there...I've checked the factory service manual, and the Clymer's manual, and neither were very helpful...
