Rg3 really stop arm pump

Recommended Posts

It does help, I wouldn't say that it stops it. I have just the top, got it on ebay for $185, hardly used.

Some other things to try,

1 change bar position

2 change lever postions

3 change bar bends

4 stop holding on so tight

5 work out

6 stop holding on so tight

7 RG3 clamp

8 steering damper

9 you really need to work out more if you are at 9 and non of the above has worked. LOL jk

If you breath deeper/better and loosen your grip it may cure your arm pump, works for me!

I agree with the comments above.

Relax and quite hanging on so tight. (I know, harder to do that to say...)

Anymore, it's an automatic upgrade when I get a bike - RG3 uppers are put on before I ever start the bike.

Running a set of Pro-tapers will also help, as they dampen vibration quite well - but if you really want to get a smooth, about as vibration free setup as possible, run the RG3's and Fasst Flexx Bars. I have this setup on my 450X and it's fantastic. - and once I bend the Fatbars on my 450R, I'll replace them with Fasst Flexx bars.

No, you don't have to run the lower clamp to get results.
