stock e muffler

i was looking on fleabay and saw this...

i didn't know the e came with a stainless can.

It's not stainless, it's just naked steel. It also doesn't appear to be a stock end cap. It must have been clear coated to prevent rust or it hasn't been naked very long.

Or maybe it's a prototype from one of the muffler makers ? ??

Its the '98-'04 WR tip...most likely the guy took the baffle out of it

Odd. Looks like a stock can but stock ones are not stainless. And the tip is definitely different. Might be worth $20 just to see what it really is. Maybe it is some really trick deal???

Yes it fits the E I think because I dont see the heat shield that the S has
