no but if you have some old cargo straps laying around you could make something similar by creating a webbing tire pocket with tiedowns coming off it. Rivet or bolt and stitch all joints.

I have heard about it but never seen it.

well they look cool but i think if you are creative enough, you might come up with something just like it. well, depending on how much they cost.

No, nor would I. It still requires a chock for the front wheel.. What a waste. Might as well secure it from the front, with a Bike Shoe, or a few tie downs.

I prefer the bike Shoe myself. But have used handle bar tie downs for more years then many here have been riding ? With never a problem., never lost a bike, never had the mythical fork seal blow out some claim.
