I also just bought this tire for my front. Does it need a tube also or how does that work? Same tire change procedure? What is the difference on a TL tire?

You can use tubeless tires but with the type rims on the bike you have to use a tube because it won't hold the air without one. Just use the tube that's in there already or buy a new one.
