Power Differences.

Recommended Posts

I am currently running a Kitaco 88 STD head setup, with the normal bolt-ons, BBR pipe, Kitaco rev box, etc. I was thinking about ordering up a Kitaco crank to take the setup to a 108. Now, for those of us that know, how much more radical would a 117 or a 124 be, when compared to a 108? More MPH up top? More torque down low? Before winter gets here I need to decide what I'm gonna build and how much I need to budget for. Thanks for the feedback.

speed comes from gearing, more power/tourqe/rpm range = more top speed.

power to weight ratio on the huge bore engines is incredible.

dunno how to better explain to you but roughly 88=8hp 108=10hp 117=12hp 124=14hp
