Has anyone tried a 51 tooth sprocket?

I currently have been running the 51 tooth. I'm 195 lbs with out gear. I geared the bike for the track that I consistently race and practice on. The track is small with tight corners. I run the whole track in 2 gears, 2nd and 3rd. Leave the gate in 2nd and hit 3rd headed for the first turn. After that its just one up or one down, 2nd for all the turns and 3rd for the straights. On larger tracks I could be happy with the 49 or 50 tooth and still most likely stay in 2nd and 3rd for the whole track. I guess it all depends on the size of the track and how much you like to shift or how long you like to rev your bike out............
