HELP. uploading x-rays

I am going to pick up a copy of my x-rays today from the doc's office. Can someone please tell me how i coudl up load them on here for dr, mark to see. Do you take a picture than upload it?

That's what I did or if you have a scanner as I do in my office that will put it on your network as a tif file.

However you get it to digital and then use photobucket or another and then just post the img file or the url.
