An "endo" is when the rear end comes up and over the front end. It's the opposite of looping out.

Did you see RC "endo" in the whoops during the 06 SX season? That's an endo.

What is: high siding / low siding.

I'm sure I've done both of them but I'm not sure of the definition.

High siding is what you always see the road race guys do. It's when you are coming around a turn and the rear end slides out, you chop the throttle and the bike kicks back the other direction and you get catapulted off the bike. A low side is just sliding out.

how about "get tire from washing out", what is that?

I think your reference is a little off, but it looks like you mean "tire washing out". That is pretty much used to desribe when the front tire slides out on you. It's the same as a low side only with the front tire.

yeah your front tire washing out means your fronttire slips out from under you usaully in my case I do it in the muddy turns.
