2002 YZ250F w/autodeco cam WILL NOT START

Ok so we switched out the 02 Cam for the 03 AutoDecomp Cam and now the freakin bike wont start at all. We have Spark, Fuel, Kick. The compression seems slightly low but Im not sure. We did the timing when we did the cam and I believe that it is correct(followed the manual). The clearences are all good. The freakin bike will just not kick over. Any Ideas, I know a few others have had problems also, I thought that maybe it would be easier to get this thing started with the 03 cam but now I just dont know.

Did you make sure that you timed it at TDC and not BDC? Set the timing mark, then put a straw into the spark plug hole to check for TDC before setting the cams. See this link for some pics:

Get the bike at TDC like AV suggested, Check the marks you will probably be off, then check your valve clearances again.
