04 450CRF Jetting

A friend of mine just moved from South Dakota to Texas and I'am trying to help him Jet his bike. Mods include Twin Air Filter and slip on T4 silencer. Bought in South Dakota already jetted. Local dealer here says take it back to stock 162 main jet and a 42 slow jet. Elevation here is 1000ft. Any help will be appreciated.
