looks like most of the scrubbing was done after the bike already had it final trajectory. so in other words --- no scrub.

the bikes suspension already rebound before he through it over so no scrub. I know because i did the same thing when i was working on scrubbing .... i'd suck the bike up with my legs and through it over but it'd be to late ..... commit sooner and you'll feel the difference

yes and no, technically you are scrubbing, stopping your self from going very far, but if you start it earlier, it would work much better

but that wasn't a scrub. scrubbing speed has to actually slow you down. but that's still better than what I can do.
