Staggs oil cooler info

Recommended Posts

As you will see here the head plate does not fit on a Zongshen (124cc pictured here) head. It is possible that I got a plate machined out of spec. Just some info for some buyers running Zonger motors. Otherwise it looks quality and I was going to test it back to back with my inferred head gun to see the difference in oil and block temps, but alas it doesn't fit my head.

Hey Jon, I appreciate you giving it a try for us. We were not sure about it working on the Zonger and that is why I chose you to test one out for us. Thanks for helping us with our R&D.

I have one.

I can get pics, it's bolted on my gpx 131 motor right now. I can also verify it fits a lifan 125 and a loncin 107 motor.

I plan on doing a before & after test with my 131 motor using a temp gauge like junkman was going to do.

Send me one, if you can get a Zongshen 124cc Adapter,I`ll test it out for you in some real world mud.

I run my CRF-70 bike at least 40 miles or more each time I ride and the engine gets totally covered in clay which hardens and keeps heat in

. I have about 700 miles on it this year so far, and I am getting ready to take it on a 200 mile event September 30.

I also have an XR-70 I`m putting an SSR 120cc engine on.
