Changing fork seals (need help)

The fork seals on the 04 CRFX I just got are leaking and need to be changed. My buddy says it is not too hard and to jump in and do it myself. He is sending me a few tools he says I will need. Does anyone have, or can anyone scan and email to me, the pages out of the shop manual that show how to do this ? If so, please email to scott (at) solve.net
