KLX110 rattle

KLX110 rattles when it is in gear with a load. No rattle when out of gear and rev the throttle. No rattle when in gear and up on the stand. Only rattles on acceleration with a load. Any ideas? Do I have a problem with the transmission? Anyone with a similar problem? Time to buy the service manuel?

just take it apart and take a look if you lean it over you will not even lose any oil ...

I pulled the side cover this morning. Took a look. Nothing visibly wrong under the cover. I guess I will buy the manual and see what I can find.

check your motor mounts could be loose.

I am hearing something similar in my boy's KLX110. I just bought it used. It kinda sounds like a piece of plastic vibrating or marbles rolling around inside there. Seems to shift ok. Just makes a wierd racket. Any update to this thread?? What did you find?

The bolts connecting the motor to the frame were loose. Check them fjrst.
