I'm pretty sure he means using the CRF AP diaphragm. I did the same thing when my stock one died, I've been very happy with the results. It has a long stud/shorter squirt.

Can you be more specific?

I have some WOT acelerator lag on the road I was hoping to fix.

Original, it will come with a few items like o-rings and such for about $40AUS. I just strolled down to the honda deal and had it in a few days. Was cheaper then just getting the diaphragm by itself from Suzuki.

this only applys to the fcr-mx.disregard the leak jet stuff.we dont have the leak jet.the rest is valid.i o-ring the linkage and set the timing.works wonders.

Um, now you have me a little confused Eddie.

The FCR-MX is the carb fitted to a CRF450R, not a DRZ400E 06 model, correct?

Can I use the CRF450R AP diaphragm to improve the AP response?

That thread you linked has a great tutorial pdf, but it is a different carb to mine.

AP timing is not adjustable on my bike other than changing springs maybe.

The Mod Is For The Slant Model With The Rod On The Outside The Kit Is 17.00 Works Great Comes With A Needle To Use Everything But The Needle

I thought the mod referred to taking the FCR off the DRZ and putting it on a CRF450.
