Is there any liability issues with having those ponds in the middle like that? Obviously it's cheaper to get the dirt from on site but that seems kinda dangerous.

the track is 2.5 miles for practice also 1.8 for racing and practice track is located in Kingsbury Indiana as for the white stuff not sure what your looking at there is a limestone driveway into track and pits check out website at, motoland.com
