Head light fixes

Recommended Posts

my 2005-2006 sm 610 head light points up too far. I have adjusted it down as far as it will go and only my dim hits the road, the bright is way up in the air. Also my stock rear tire has worn down in the middle really bad and is close to the fabric i think. I bought it with 900 miles and it has like 1700 on it now. the chicken strips are gon now just the outside hairs remain. What is a good replacement?

thanks

For the headlight, I would get some thick heater hose and use it as a shim between the headlight and the fork tube. If you put a couple layers on just the top region, it should force the light downward a fair amount. I did this with my Acerbis DHH light and it worked very well.
