Just Curious?

I recently put a new filter onto my stock carb for my crf50, and I noticed that it sputters everyonce in awhile, can I expect this? Or did I make a mistake somewhere along the whole process? And can that whole airbox setup as the old filter, just be taken off, including that part that runs into the tranmission case?

You will need to rejet or make adjustments to the carburetor to makeit run better. And for the breather hoses, just lake the hose from the case and point it down to the ground. All the other hoses and the box can be removed but the hose from the crankcase should be left and pointed to the ground.
