Constant Stalling…..

Recommended Posts

So i was out riding this weekend and started noticing my CRF 250R was seeming to stall very easily in corners and even over jumps toward the end of the day. The bike has close to 30 hours on it and i have never had one ounce of problems from it. Any suggestions on what i could try to solve this or was my riding just off that day?

Try bumping up the idle a bit .

might try backing the fuel screw out .5 turn also.

and that the clutch cable nuts on the engine bracket are tight.....

When your at idle (say sitting on the stand), if you turn the throttle slowly, does it bog down for a split second and then rev up?

Mine was stalling left and right, and doing the above.

After new valves/springs, and I have to try and stall it, and no more bog.
