LOL. No wonder the ACCT design, among other things is so crappy, even Suzuki themselves have been unable to decide if the engine has a wet or dry sump for over three years ?

Somebody just posted the 07 Canadian SM version is coming in Blue/White...Is the U.S. model?

No. 07s are only available in black or yellow. Forrest from Wheeling Cycle Supply told me that the blue SM is a japanese or euro model and won't be imported to the US.

Hard to see but apart from the seat it looks the exactly the same as my 06 E

I was at a dealer the otherday and they had an 06 nest to the 07. other than graphics I saw NO difference.
