Final touch up questions on 426 kit

OKay, long story short my xr began burning oil.. alot more than I thought. I was going about 50mph and felt it begin to slow down, pulled in clutch, bike died, dumped clutch and bike started up and made the most horrible sound I've ever heard, I'm pretty sure the rings are shot.

So lets say the valves,cam,chain,etc are fine and its just an issue with cylinder scoring and piston.

I'd like to go 426 but still be able to run preminum. All I need is the kit(which one btw?) with the piston/etc and gaskets + bore on cylinder. Will stock cam valves and clutch/springs be fine?

Which kit!?

Oh and I can use a trx 400ex big bore kit because its the same top end, right?

you need to open the engine up and find out what happened...not enough information yet to make any suggestions

no hard ones, but it could be much worse than you make it out to be

pop it open, let us know

Hope the big end bearings fine from when you let the clutch back out, if everythings alright you may want to wack some stronger springs in the clutch, although the stock ones may cope, ride it and see.
