enduro question

Im pretty sure the answer will be no, unless you feel like cutting yourself a shorter loop! A few of my riding buddies ride stock crossers and make barely 30 miles on a fully fuelled stock tank, on KTM's, Yammy's and Kawa's.

So if possible my advice would be to carry some extra fuel, in rucksack or look for an after market tank. IMS are a very good brand of aftermarket tanks, i have one fitted to my gasser, no complaints!

Hope that helped!

I am a 2 smoker but I thought 4 strokes got better gas milage than a 2 stroke?

I can make a 45 mile loop easy and my tank is a 2.2 gallon. I would of thought that a 4 stroke could make the 45 miles easy.

My of CRF450 could do 60 miles of hard riding per tank. So I would think that your YZF could do the same. I have even ridden 45 miles on my 250 smoker before I put a desert tank on it, so unless your jetting is so far off that you are drinking gas, you will be able to do it.
