Its White

Recommended Posts

I figured that I would let everyone know that the white kit is well worth the money. It looks so sick and I even opted out of putting some of the trim graphics on like the airbox and front fork logos.

Thanks troutman, but its got 3 fingers width from the chain slider and chain. And my fingers are avg size, they arent HUGE, but I'll def check that tommorow.

Sorry! I guess it only appears that way. I always think mine is loose but whenever I measure it its always right at 2" from the rear chain slider bolt to the chain on the stand like the manual specs. When its in spec it has quite a noticeable bow from the front to the rear sprocket. All of my previous bikes had a shorter spec and its taking a little getting used to. Anyway love the new look

PS: What bend did you go with on your bars I am 6-4 and am looking for a little more room. I have 8mm risers now but i think I could use a little more room and yours look taller.

Make sure to take lots of pics. I have the same kit, and after a few rides, your knees will embed the dirt into the shrouds, permanantly.

I've tried every cleaner I can think of, and it won't come out!

Troutman, I have the Reed/Henry bends on it right now, I jumped on that bandwagon and seemed to like it. I took a really hard digger Sunday and I bent them, so I corner better left than right. Ive got some Sunline AV One's on the way. I think that for your height, you might better from the Windham bend. Also, another question, is there anyway to rubbermount the stock clamps? NDC....brillo pads. They scratch up your graphics just a tad, but they get that brown out. Also, for the plastic scratches that have dirt embedded in them, use 2000-3000 grit sandpaper with lots of water. Works WONDERS!

Can you cut clear and put over the new graphics when new? This is my concern too...Red Clay here in the SE will destroy the white Graphics but I think I am going to order them anyway
