Hopefully I can start a fight here, So help me out.Everybody I know says this bike (500 2 stroke) will smoke anything out there including my 450,so why doesnt any pro race them? And you would think if it was because of sponsers

pushing product you would still see some privatiers running them. Any thoughts??

Back when they ran an open class the 250 class lap times were faster. you can only get to the ground and use but so much power on an MX track. Now dessert racing is a diffrent story.
