rear swinging to right

Recommended Posts

well my since i got my suspension revalved the rear swings to the right on smaller jumps.... rear wheel is aligned. Its a crf250. Any ideas? Im thinking hte rebound is too stiff... idk though

Also, how much of a difference is a revalve suppose to make if you already have the proper spring rates? I got mine revalved locally and its not a night and day difference... they stiffened the midstroke but its not night and day. Im 135 and have .42 fork springs.... it feels good other than its stiff in choppy areas. How do you think it would work if i put in 2 size smaller pressure springs and went up to .45 fork springs? Wouldnt that keep teh midstroke and bottom of the stroke stiff, while allowing the begging of the travel to be soft?

I just went through the same exact thing you are talking about with my crf 450. Try to slow your rear rebound several clicks and a couple on the rear comp. It took my about three rides to get it close to right, but now its tons better!
