Need more HP out of my 450

Hey guys whats up I got a 06 kx450f. I want to send my engine to get rebuilt and fully modified. Port polish, valuves cut the work to get the most HP i can get out of it. I live near Edmonton AB, CA, and I was hoping dombeody could tell me who does the best work

Keep it stock with fresh top end, tires, and get a NITROUS KIT. Use a scuba-style tank on your back for long moto's. Judging from your spelling this setup would work just fine for you.

You must be drag racing, because I haven't met anyone yet who can use all the power it has stock for MX.

If you insist on spending your money, send it down to Pro Circuit... Mitch's boys have the best experience with Kawi motors out there. I have also heard very good things about Yoshimura's motorwork and MDK Speed Equipment. Just know that you are trading reliability for performance on some level.

Thanks guys for the input. The bike does have more than enough HP for mx racing i got a 07 for this year. I want to use my 06 for the sand. Pretty much just want to show up and lay the boot to everybody else racing in the sand.

Probably need to start saving money while you are at it. You start going for max HP and you will eventually end up with and enginge case full of parts that used to be a 450 4-stroke engine.

All the race teams that do all this engine work rebuilt their engines at a ridiculous rate so that will stay together.

waste of money, better to get ur suspension set-up. If u are really after motor work, I'd go w/ the motor being more usable delivery. NOT max HP b/c those dyno #s dont mean shit for MX or sand riding
