Hey guys I have decided to chase a red Pro plate in the GNCC series can you give any training tips that I may able to add into my schedual and posublie a little dietary info to help my endurence a little

if you want to help your endurance, your diet by itself is going to be of very limited value. you can eat junk food all day, but simply working out (bicycle, running, some weights) will be a lot more important. i personally enjoy riding bicycles, but it may be something else for you. it helps if it's something you enjoy, so you won't have to force yourself to do it.

also helps to ride your motorcycle alot, w/o taking breaks. just getting used to being on the bike riding for a couple hours can help you relax on the bike and get more efficient.
