does your 07 rmz250 over heat ?

hey just wonder if suzuki completely fixed the cooling system on there bike

i have the 04 model and the water pump systems sucks its always over heating and the coolant is boiling over

anyways just wondering if the 2007 rmz250 is all good with there rads and what not.... dont wanna invest in a bike with problems there hasnt been much talk about there water pump and over heating problems

The 07' in our stable does not seem to have the "stock" problems that the 04's had. However just about any 4-stroke is going to overheat if you dont keep air moving through them. Our stock 07' seems to be bullet proof so far!

the 07 has much bigger rads than the 04, i would not worry about it.

hey suz55, change your radiator cap to a 1.6 it will help your over heating problem. everyone was doing it to their o4 and o5 rmzs. hope this helps u out.

i changed my cap to 1.6 and got the pro circuit water pump and impeller and i run coolaid from maxima and it still seams to leak.

i was choosing between the 07 suzuki and 07 yamaha

think im gonna pick 07 suzuki

I just switched from a 06 Kawi 250F to the 07 RMZ250...hope everything is fixed from previous years. Just breaking mine in and so far no problems with it.
