As far as it goes for installing a STM slipper clutch on a DRZ. Is there anyone who can advise me on any tricks (if any) on the how to?

And is that special STM tool required?

the tool comes with the clutch.it is required for the hub nut.

this is just ramdom install pics.i have not put them in order yet.

That’s a lot more useful info, than I thought I would ever get.

It looks like a pretty standard clutch change out?

Is there any tweaking?

I mean once you close it, it would really suck to open again.

And the all-important question, is it a great a mod, as I hope it will be?

the only tip i have is to use grease on the balls.you dont want them escaping into your motor.

its little more complicated but pretty straight fowa.the instructions have a good exploded veiw.

very good mod its expensive,but one you have one you will be spoiled.

no adjustmen or tinkering needed assuming its assembled correctly.

Ed, how is the quality of the clutch basket, is as durable as OEM? I've read a few posts here on TT where people had issues with some aftermarket baskets. The STM is on my wish list when my motor is done later this year.
