Needed info (XL350R interchangeability)

Im looking to pick up spare parts for my bike I have a 1985 XL350R does anyone know if there was another bike besides the

1984 XL350R that the parts were interchangeable . The parts that im looking at getting and just having for back up are the fenders and plastic side covers . I looked at the XL250R's side panel and it looks real close but just was wondering if any body knew for sure or if some one have a parts cross reference compatibility fiche ??

i'm guessing that the xl250r for those years were probably very similar. XR350's should be exactly the same. might even be able to use some parts of off the 500's.
