Ankle - One Last Symptom - Any Concern

Sprained right ankle in November on last ride of season. Seemed straight forward and didn't have an Xray. Rehabed it my self - RICE. No pain on eliptical treadmill or snowboarding last couple of months. Full range of motion.

But if I bang the heel, like stumbling down a step, I get a sharp pain like something is still wrong. Is this normal 100+ days after injury?

The snow is melting up here and will be back on the bike in 30 days. Want to get a good start

No excuses- So what if all your buddies pass you by. You still have the cleanest bike.
