2 wheel drive dirt bikes!!!

have u guys heard about these 2wheel drive dirt bikes.. its crazy.. i never thought somethen like this would b posibble without loosing power and everything else that makes it a dirt bike.. but do u guys no how it works???

Yamaha 2-trac is using a Öhlins hydraulic drive.

there were a couple of those in the "last man standing" telecast this weekend. pretty strange to see the front wheel spin !!! i think they called it a christini ??? not sure if that is spelled correct.

I know that KTM released one in 2004 it was also hydraulic drive like the Ohias. The newest 2-wheel drive bike is the Honda Christini (christini is the technology used for the awd), but yeah its shaft drive. It has special drive shafts that are telescopic like the front forks. I am pretty sure that they just did an article on this in dirt bike magazine.

And none of them made it past the first loop. It may work for certain conditions but it did not help those guys.
