FCR Fuel Mix Screw

Recommended Posts

A while back I made some notes of parts needed for the fcr mx conversion.

I wrote down that I need an adjustable pilot air screw (PAS) from sudco and an extended fuel screw. Is this one in the same? I bought a Pro Circuit “Fuel Mixture Screw” from my local dealer. Is that what I need?

You can save a couple of bucks and be assured that you're fuel screw works properly by simply modifying the stock screw. I did this on my CRF and DRZ, doesn't matter what you use as a "grip", so long as it works.

the PAS is not the same as an adjustable fuel screw.

the PAS goes in the bellmouth. it replaces the pilot air jet. it can be purchased from carb parts warehouse. you can use the PAS, or the correct size pilot air jet for your application.

the extended fuel mixture screw repalces the oe mixture screw. this allows tuning of the fuel screw with carb on bike.
