With the hard impact on my already weak knees, would swimming be the best cardio alternative? I'v got access to a pool at my local gym year round. If so anyone know a good cardio work out in the pool?

Secondly my shoulders. They are for lack of a better work WORTHLESS. I know I need to have them sliced and diced but I cant this close to MX season, so my question is will a shot of Cordazone do the trick? I know I just murdered the spelling of that word, but I hope guys know what I mean. Also a GNCC buddy went to a hand Dr. sorry I dont know the propor name for a hand specialist. He gave him cordazone shots in his writst and claims it helped his arm pump 100% Does anyone have any experience with anything like this?

If you have weak or bad knees, swimming would be good as would elliptical or biking. The pounding of running is hard for my body, so I usually elliptical or walk on a treadmill with 15 degree of incline to push my heart rate up for about 60 minutes. I am not a trainer, doctor, or anything of the sort, I am just letting you know what I do.

For swimming, use the basic strokes and keep those legs going at all times.
