On Pres. Day weekend while I was on the last ride of the day when my bike lost spark. I tested everything per the shop manual. Everything tested good per spec. Only thing that you can't really test in the CDI. Manual sez test everything else and if they test good replace cdi. I did that, still no spark. Decided to check all wiring. I installed a SRC case saver last year, it was rubbing against the loom for the stator causing one of the wires from the stator to short to ground. Does anyone use the XR's Only case saver for the XR6? It looks to have a notch for the stator loom and better quality.
