Will A JE 290 piston fit an Athena 290 Barrel

Does anybody know the exact size of the 83mm JE piston? To fit the Athena barrel which is 83.00mm bore the Athena piston is 82.95mm but I wondered what the JE is?

I asked ATV unlimited and got an answer back that the piston was 83mm

Yes - HappyG replied to a PM. The JE piston is confirmed at 82.95mm which is exactly the same as the Athena.
