Carb Problems

Hey, I was pulling apart my bike last night to go over and inspect it and I noticed that my hotstart is seized. I have a 2006 rmz 250. The cable works and is fine, I pull on it and it seems like it's either all the way engaged or closed. How do I get to the hotstart from inside the carb, since this is my first 4 stroker. What all should I do?

not good.you need to get some pentrating oil down in there and hope it frees up.
