Brakes

Quick question. When replacing your brakes, do you always replace the rotors also, or do you just pad slap it if the rotors are ok?

Just spread the caliper pistons before you remove the pads with a flatblade screwdriver and put the new pads in.

Unless the disc is worn there's no need to replace it. There is a service limit thickness stamped on the disc.

as TJ said, you only need to replace your pads unless the rotors are worn, but have 1 more point, if you want some extra stopping power take a look at the Galfer sintered metal pads, other companies make them also, such as DP brakes, EBC etc.
