I guess I am. I just order that piece from the TT Store. $53 + shipping.

Not a bad price when you consider that the OEM chain guide (#20 in the fiche) costs $42. Mine's pretty worn and the chain guide plate (#21) has seen better days.

The SFB Racing one looks a lot less clunky than the stock chain guide.

Choosing the color was tough...

I kinda wanted it to match the SFB clutch cover but in the end I decided to go grey because I didn't want to interfere with the chain color either...

If the gold is like my SFB clutch cover, it's a little on the copper side.

Hmmm. If I had seen this earlier, I probably would have gone with this chain guide. Not super trick looking like the SFB, but better suited for the riding I do. After I mangle the SFB, I'll get this one. Thanks!

i can't remember the brand, but there's one available that does not use the outter metal guide.

it's suposed to resist bending out of shape from impacts.

i would think it would work well for the rocks you probably encounter.

i know my stock one got beat up pretty bad. some hits can deflect it to one side, resulting in a misaligned chain.

i'm using a freddette one currently.
