Forslyk

Anyone tried this and what were the results. Would it help to use it on a the shock also?:applause:

Tried it on my XR650. It works. It lasts about 1 to 2 hours then you have to re-apply it. It makes a noticable change, but that's about it. Re-valving made a REAL improvement.

I've used it on my 450x. Can't say I really felt much of a difference, but my fork seals are lasting a lot longer, so it must be doing something. It seems to keep dirt & mud from sticking to the sliders.

I used it on my KTM, too. I had changed to Synergy seals and done some re-valving at the same time. The Synergy seals never leaked, so I can't say say if the Forslyk did any good on those or not. But, if gunk doesn't stick to your forks it's not making its way up past the seal & into the fork oil, so I'd guess the fork oil would last a little better, too.
