07 YZ250F Question

Recommended Posts

I was just checking out my bike and noticed that it has two vaccant, threaded screw holes. The holes are located in front of the cylinder, on the upper potion of the case. They are at the seem were each side of the case meet.

I was wondering what the two vaccant threadholes are used for.

Hopefully I'm not missing something.

That is where the electric starter goes on a WR model..............

What I want to know is why on the front of the frame on each side of the oil tank Yamaha milled off the right (as you are sitting on bike) side boss where the skid plate of the 06 model mounted but didn't mill the left side. It makes it look unfinished. I wish they would have milled them both down to nothing since they are useless on the 07 model........Hmmm, I might just do it myself.
