Greenhorn M/C Trail Riding Club - for Novice Trail Riders

If you're a novice rider with few riding partners or little support in your riding, this should be a good resource to enhance your fun.

All you need to supply is a good attitude and set a side one Saturday a month. We will help you find riding partners and provide support for your hobby. This club will concentrate more on Safety and Fun rides than speed. Since you’ll be part of a club your family will be more understanding of the time spent away from home.  Hopefully.

The What for-

The purpose of the Greenhorn M/C Trail Riding Club is to promote new or novice riders to the sport of trail riding in a safe and responsible manner.

Girls and guys are encouraged to bring newer riders with them for a nice introduction to trail riding. Note: each rider should at least be able to handle a trail bike on an easy trail. Speed is not a concern, but safety for all is the concern.

Fair weather riders-

We’ll hold Monthly rides at different motorcycle parks around Atlanta through the summer months. If the monthly ride date is colder than 50 degrees as the high, super muddy or raining at any point of the day, we will not ride. There will be no rain check. Just stay tuned for the next months ride date.

Note:

-Each rider should at least be able to handle a trail bike on an easy trail. Speed is not a concern, but safety for all is the concern

-Sorry no ATV’s, Quads, M/C only.

-Riders must be over 18 years old.

March monthly ride-

New rider’s Inaugural club meeting will be held at Highland Park Resort on Saturday March 17th at 12:00 at the Lodge for lunch.

After lunch and introductions, we’ll partner or group up and go ride the perimeter road and some easier trails. Depending on rider ability.

Each group can decide what trails and what to ride if they want to split off. Then we will group back up at the overlook on the outer perimeter trail at 3:00 pm, rest and have fun, then as a group, we’ll ride trail #12 back to perimeter, then trail #1, back to the parking area to end the day.

All makes and models of bikes are welcome
